Mosspaw tried to keep calm, seeing as her apprentice ceremony was very soon. Each time she thought no cat was watching her she'd bounce around until some cat noticed her behavior and held her back for it. Sitting around doing nothing was getting pretty tiring she hoped it would be soon.

The leader of the clan stood up on the rock as he looked down at the warriors, kits, medicine cat and elders. He then sat down.
" Mosskitt,you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Mosspaw. Your mentor will be wolffang. I hope Wolffang will pass down all she knows on to you." He said.
Wolffang looked up at her leader as she was surprised. She never thought he would pick her to train. She had never done it before so it made her nervous.
" Wolffang, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from Blackpanther, and you have shown yourself to be strong and brave. You will be the mentor of Mosspaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Mosspaw." The leader said.

Mosspaw got up and slightly bounced her way over to Wolffang and touched noses with her.
